A non refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks before arrival together with a returnable deposit of £250 against possible damage/heavy cleaning.

The amount should be paid in full if bookings are made within the 8 weeks prior to arrival.

 

Pets cannot be accommodated and for insurance purposes, smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
