The ground floor entrance opens into a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is beautifully designed and tastefully fitted with a tiled floor and shaker style units. Included is a dishwasher and washing machine, an oven and hob, microwave oven, kettle and a fridge/freezer.
Off the kitchen are two doors, one leading to a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with sink and wc. The second leads to the living room, which has pale wooden floors and a wood burning stove. There is satellite television and a DVD home cinema system with surround sound.
From the living room are two other bedrooms, one a double and one a twin bedroom. The double has its own en suite bathroom with shower, basin and wc. In the twin bedroom is the old bread oven, which has been lovingly restored and left exposed as a feature.
In addition to the wood burner, Le Petit Four is fully centrally heated, which makes it perfect for winter breaks and longer lets.
